ZH-880PFT Automatic Folder Gluer Machine

ZH-880 pre-folding type high speed folder gluer machine is our new design with the high side spare parts.

The machine is adopted with strengthened single-side driving system, for steady running and easy maintenance.·The motor is adopted with infinitely variable speed drive with power saving. 

·It is adopted with double face tooth rod for operation. Upper and lower linkage help adjustment in place, precise and rapid.·Delivery is adopted with several thick belts with cooperation of shaking motor to ensure paper feeding in continuous, exact and automatic.·It has a grinder in each side, which makes the glue more stable, firmly.·This model is designed to do straight line box. The 4-fold design makes box more perfect. In the pre-folding part, the 1st fold and 3rd fold can be done at 180° or 90°. The 2nd and 4th fold help to mold the box at 180°. The optional to add 180°-135° fold in pre-folding part.

·The machine is controlled by infrared photoelectric. It has automatic counting function. Speed in pressing part and automatic counting parts corresponding speed in feeding and molding part automatically. Machine will stop automatically without paper feeding for less useless boxes and cost saving.
